  Still the best Chinese food including egg rolls anywhere in the US I've tried NY, La San Fran , Hawaii San Diego Maine Ohio Indy Ct, Boston this place beats them all You can't find an Egg Roll like these on the west coast There all FILO greasy spring rolls. Nothing with the texture crispness and peanut butter in them. All the places I talk to look at me funny like I'm nuts Well I am nuts for Yen Yen

  We went here again for grandma's birthday this year. Great experience as usual. Service was also amazing!

  Decided to give this place an increased rating.... because I am a fan. Place has been consistent for a couple of years now and is very reliable. The rest of the review holds true:
  
  This is a frequent stop - almost once a week. I traditionally will stick to fried rice. Complimentary tea served during each visit
  
  Pros:
  
  -Big menu, plenty of choices, with a lunch menu that pretty much will take your attention during the lunch hour. Doesn't seem to mind
  
  -Portions are very large. You will not go home hungry, and price is acceptable
  
  -Good quick service. In and out with no issues getting back to the office on time
  
  Cons:
  
  -Being closed Mondays is ANNOYING. Just saying....
  
  -Portions almost too big. Coworker almost always brings a take home box
  
  -Nothing too special in terms of flavor or originality. Food almost feels bland at times.Your friends and colleagues will always have a place they rather go to because Yen Yen doesn't stand out of the pack
  
  Bottom Line: I'm going to keep coming here due to the proximity and convenience. Yen Yen is good, but not great. Good place to go if its on your route, but not worth going out of the way for

  Cigarette in the box.
  
  I never recommend others to have a meal here because Marlbolo cigarette was inside of box. My wife felt weird taste while eating so that we found it inside. My wife has pain in her throat by this.

  I'll tell you exactly what to order:
  Vegetable eggrolls- I hate baby shrimp in my eggrolls.
  Wonton soup- WOW! Huge handmade wontons, amazing chicken broth made in-house. Yum Yum Yum
  Beef fried rice- not greasy, simple, yet delicious
  And Hawaiian Mai Tai- not on the menu. A bit stronger than the regular.  Reminds me of being on an island.
  This is a Mom and Pop restaurant. Not pretty inside but charming service. Ask for Danny or Angela for your servers. They are great! This is a little diamond in the rough neighborhood joint.
